We outta here...
We're definately outta here tomorrow......we hope. After getting the van back from our first mecanico, and consulting Murfy for some advice we were forced to stay another day and source a new mechanic to adjust the valves for us. The first one told us they were self adjusting but Murfy (bless his cotton socks) let us know that if we didn't get it done we'd be in big trouble down the road.
Stoked to find a friendly bloke who was more than happy to sort us out and to cut a long story short, we leave for Guatemala tomorrow!!!
In other news we went back to Coconuts last night for a sunset cocktail and were amazed to see that Rulo had added the DAIF (his cocktail named after me - spelt the way Dave sounds in Spanish) to his new sign next to the bar! I have finally been immortalised through an alcoholic beverage.
