Help - I can't walk

With the trekking we have done over the last two days all my bones ache today and moving is a pain - but we must carry on.
Our tour guide got us out of bed early and we walked to the village of Cat Cat which lucky for me was all down hill to a beautiful waterfall. The sun is shining and I can actually see blue sky - haven't seen to much of that since we got to Vietnam - Hanoi.
Had to walk up a couple of hunded meters to reach the motor bikes waiting to take us back up the rest of the way to our motels - they are a god send and I would have paid them more than the $2 if they had pressed for more. We spent the afternoon walking the local area trying to avoid the sellers.
An enjoyable day as the ache eased as the day went by.
Caught the enving train back to Hanoi.
Our roomies were two lads, one from Korea and a Seven foot american who had great difficulty in getting into the six foot beds. Half of him hung out all night and the poor guy couldn't even roll over - had to lay on his back the whole night and move his feet every time one of us had to leave the compartment.

Got into Hanoi at 5.30 and was taken back to the hotel we left our bags to find that my suite case had been half eaten by rats. As we were leaving our apartment our sponsor gave me some rice paper for making cold rolls and I put it in the front compartment of my bag - well the rats found it and eat the zip front of the bag and all the rice paper including the cellphane wrapper - hope the bastards choked on it. Rob had dried squid in his bag and obviously rats don't eat squid or his bag would have suffered too or maybe the rats did choke - I can only hope. The manager of the hotel only comment was - oops.
