Cancun

Well I wish we had stayed in Playa......

Cancun town is dirty, busy and not that nice.
Cancun beach area is filled with hotels and package deal holiday people. From what we saw walking along the beach you did not need to leave your own hotel for the whole week that you stayed, everything was included.

The beach area of Cancun was nice clear water and it went for miles. But there was no sence of a town area with restaurants or bars (just a massive night club section - that is dead in the day). This is the case as most people staying there are part of an all inclusive holiday package for a specific hotel.

As we were not staying in one of these hotels we did not enjoy Cancun that much, but we did have to experience it for ourselves.


OK we are off to the states now for the last section of our trip.
