Perito Moreno glacier

Just a quick entry here as I'm in a hotel lobby "pretending" to be retrieving flight information for my flight on the 10th to Santiago...

Visited the great Perito Moreno glacier today on my "Big Ice" trek with the Hielo y Aventura company.

4 hours walking on the glacier ice was an amazing experience .. the pics can tell the whole story.

Amazing sight... I had to keep pinching myself to ensure it was real ... hard to believe that only a month ago I was in the Amazon in Peru! Such a fantastically varied continent this is

Off to Chile tomorrow to get to Punta Arenas for my flight to Santiago on the 10th...

Wow - looks beautiful Peter but a long way to go! So now back to Santiago and then Easter Island? - ye gods! Are you planning to go back to B. Aires and\or Iguazu or not? You criss-crossing the continent! Be shame to miss the Falls. Take care.
