Last day in Hanoi....
Ive sent off another package back home today... mainly photographs, film, clothes that I dont need... saving myself carrying an extra 10 kilos!!! Wahay!
Tonight Im off to Savanakhet (in Laos) and will arrive there in 24 hours!! Yipe! I havent done a trip like this before so I dont know how Ill handle it, but for 20 dollars its a bargain.... Ill just keep telling myself that.
Hopefully Ill find a net cafe in Laos.. if not Ill keep a manual diary and write up the net version later...
Ah yes last night in Vietnam ... one last thing to mention because I keep forgetting...
This has to be the ONLY country Ive been to where it is practically impossible to walk on the pavement because thats where the Vietnamese park their bikes! Bikes and rats... those are the only things that the pavement has a use for. The road is where everyone walks, while trying to dodge the crazy traffic. This truly is Honda Dream country.
